How can I track my order?
Order confirmation by email: Check your email for the order confirmation we sent you. This email contains an order number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email with the tracking number, which allows you to track the shipment via our courier, PostNL.
Check your order status: Go to our website and click on "Customer Service" in the main menu. Then navigate to the page "Track your order". Enter your order number and email address to view the status of your shipment.

What is the return and exchange policy?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered to your home the next working day, provided you live in the Netherlands or Belgium. This emphasizes our commitment to fast and reliable delivery.
Return Policy:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return period.
Conditions for Returning:
- Period: You have 30 days from the day of ordering to return a product.
- Condition of the Product: The product must be unused and in the original packaging, including all labels and accessories.
- Return Process: Contact our customer service to register your return. You will then receive instructions for sending the product back.
- Refund or Exchange: After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, you will receive a refund to your original payment method or, if you wish, an exchange
