How can I track my order?
Order Confirmation Email: Please check your email for the order confirmation we sent you. This email will contain an order number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email with the tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment via our courier, PostNL .
Check your order status: Go to our website and click on "Customer Service" in the main menu. Then navigate to the "Track your order" page. Enter your order number and email address to see the status of your shipment.

What is the return and exchange policy?
Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered to your home the next business day, provided you live in the Netherlands or Belgium. This underlines our commitment to fast and reliable delivery.
